Robert (Bob) Rodriguez, AIA
As cofounder of Rodriguez Park, Bob serves as Principal in Charge of Administration and Technical Services. His over 40 years of architectural practice focusing on healthcare design and construction along with his direct involvement with clients and project design provides the firm a clear understanding of today’s healthcare needs.
Bob serves and has served as Principal in Charge for projects including University of California, San Diego Medical Center, Scripps Health Hospital and Clinic facilities in La Jolla, Encinitas, Chula Vista and San Diego, Palomar/Pomerado Hospitals, Children’s Hospital and other facilities in Southern California and Nevada.
Peter M. Park, AIA, ACHA
Peter, cofounder of Rodriguez Park, serves as Principal in Charge of Facilities Planning and Design. Peter’s, over 40 years, project experience encompasses all facets of healthcare facilities planning and design, including programming and needs assessment. His expertise in master planning and programming have made him a leader in the healthcare design industry. Because of his unique expertise and spiritual comprehension of the way spaces work, Peter has been sought out by healthcare clients across the nation and abroad.
Peter’s major healthcare projects include projects for Scripps Health Hospitals and Clinics in San Diego County; El Centro Regional Medical Center; Inland Valley Medical Center; UC San Diego Medical Centers; Carson-Tahoe Hospital; Ajon University Medical Center in Korea; Tucson Medical Center; St. Francis Hospital, Illinois; the University of Alabama Medical Center, Birmingham; University Health Center, Pittsburgh and the Army Hospital at Fort Campbell, Kentucky.
Art Lebowski, AIA
As Principal in the firm and over 30 years of healthcare experience, Art brings to the firm construction expertise and provides detail oriented solutions to projects ranging from infrastructure upgrades to major renovations and expansions.
Since joining Rodriguez Park in 1994, Art has been involved in the design and construction of projects for a wide variety of hospital and institutional clients including Scripps Health, the Veteran’s Administration, University of California San Diego Medical Center, El Centro Regional Medical Center, Carson-Tahoe Hospital, and the Salk Institute for Biological Studies and Inland Valley Medical Center.
Amy joined Rodriguez Park in 1997 and recently has been promoted to a Principal. She has worked on various healthcare facility projects as designer, planner and project manager and has overseen the construction phase of extremely complex and demanding projects. Some of the healthcare projects Amy has been involved in include Scripps Memorial Hospitals, La Jolla and Encinitas; Scripps Green Hospital; Scripps Mercy Hospital; The Anderson Outpatient Pavilion; Scripps Clinic; The University of California San Diego Medical Center, El Centro Regional Medical Center and Sharp Healthcare.
As Principal in the firm, Amy brings confidence, creativity and integrity to the project team and innovation to design solutions.
Since joining Rodriguez Park in 2001, Frances has been instrumental in providing a global vision to today’s healthcare needs. Her cultural experience and background have given flavor to her project designs. In her over 20 years of architectural experience, she has participated in a wide variety of architectural projects including institutional, medical, commercial, educational and residential.
Frances has been involved in projects for healthcare clients such as Scripps Memorial Hospital, La Jolla, Scripps Mercy Hospital, El Centro Regional Medical Center, University of California San Diego Medical Center, San Ysidro Health Center and Children’s Hospital.
As Principal, Frances ensures that projects are approached in a holistic manner to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Gigi, Principal at Rodriguez Park, joined the firm in 2005. She has been involved in the design and construction of a variety of architectural projects including institutional, healthcare, mental health, civic, commercial and residential.
Some of Gigi’s institutional and healthcare projects include projects for Scripps Mercy Hospital, Scripps Coastal Medical Group, Scripps Chula Vista, University of California at San Diego Medical Center, University of California Child, Adolescent and Psychiatric Services, San Ysidro Maternal and Child Health Center, UHS Rancho Springs and Corona Regional Medical Center.
A long time lover of the outdoors, Gigi advocates for the use of environmentally responsible building practices. Her drive for perfection and unwillingness to leave a job undone has made her extremely instrumental at Rodriguez Park.
